Erin Ovre has spent seven years at Balefire developing expertise in client service operations, workflow management, advisor support, and the systems that keep a wealth management firm running effectively. As Director of Client Engagement, she leads the day-to-day coordination of the Client Engagement team and works across departments to ensure advisors and clients are supported by reliable, well-designed processes.
Erin’s perspective is grounded in firsthand experience. Before becoming Director, she spent six years as a Client Engagement Associate, giving her a detailed understanding of her team’s work and the service expectations behind it. She has also played an important role in Balefire’s adoption and implementation of technology platforms and partner systems.
Today, Erin focuses on the infrastructure behind the client experience. She monitors workflows and task assignments within Practifi, manages firm billing, serves as a key contact for external partners, and collaborates with teams across Balefire to refine processes as the firm evolves. She also leads cross-training efforts and works closely with firm leadership to identify potential service issues, reduce processing errors, and remove operational bottlenecks.

Erin lives in Canton, South Dakota, where she stays busy with her five boys’ school and sports activities. She enjoys playing softball and volleyball, attending rock concerts, and going on road trips with her husband.
