Portfolio Management Fees

Portfolio management fees are based on the assets managed by Balefire and the terms of the client relationship. Balefire uses a tiered fee schedule, with asset-based percentages declining as applicable asset levels increase.

Your specific fee is documented in your Investment Advisory Agreement.

Financial Planning Fees

Financial planning engagements are priced separately based on the scope and complexity of the work.

Balefire currently offers financial planning through fixed-fee and hourly arrangements. Fixed planning fees may be up to $50,000. Hourly planning fees currently range from $250 to $750. Fees are negotiable and documented in the applicable Financial Planning Agreement.

Retirement Plan Services Fees

Balefire may charge flat, hourly or asset-based fees for retirement plan advisory services. Asset-based fees may be up to 1.00%. Specific fees are negotiable and documented in the applicable Investment Advisory Agreement.
