Lindsey Gresham brings over 10 years of financial services experience to her role on Balefire’s Client Engagement team, where she provides operational support for advisors and helps ensure the needs of the firm’s investment clients are met. She holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Lindsey also serves on the Investment team, acting as a liaison between Investments and Client Engagement to relay information that affects processes for investment clients.
Day to day, Lindsey is a point of contact for advisors and clients on distributions, allocation changes, beneficiary changes, re-registrations, account openings, and other account service requests. She also prepares meeting review materials advisors use ahead of client meetings.
Advisors and clients rely on Lindsey to see outstanding requests through to completion and to keep meeting preparation accurate and on schedule. Within Client Engagement, she focuses on clear communication, helping give clients confidence that their needs and the strategies discussed with their advisor will be carried out.
She lives in Jackson, Mississippi, where she enjoys traveling, watching her children play sports, and spending time in her yard.
