Ginger Perry serves on Balefire’s Client Engagement team as Office Manager, keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly for the Ridgeland, Mississippi office. She acts as a central point of communication across teams, vendors, and clients, and plans and executes firm events from start to finish, managing logistics, timelines, and on-site coordination for everything from small gatherings to larger firm functions.
Ginger’s career has taken shape across a range of operational roles, including Office Manager, HR Manager, Purchasing Manager, Event Planner, and Executive Assistant to a Chairman of the Board. With 26 years of experience, her path has built a rare combination of skills: the structure and efficiency of office management, the communication and trust-building of client-facing work, and the logistical precision of event planning under pressure. Together, those experiences have shaped her into an adaptable professional who balances operational excellence with genuine client care.
Within the Wealth Advisory team, Ginger works most often with individuals and families, including professionals and retirees, who are focused on managing and growing their wealth. Many are navigating key life transitions and looking for clarity, organization, and confidence in their financial plans. Ginger helps create a seamless, well-coordinated experience so clients feel informed and supported every step of the way, prioritizing responsiveness and follow-through to build the kind of trust that makes major financial decisions feel less overwhelming.
On the Planning side, most of Ginger’s work touches estate planning, particularly for clients on Balefire’s Heritage Wealth and Legacy Wealth platforms. She believes great financial planning goes beyond the numbers, and comes from truly understanding a client’s goals, values, and long-term vision. In her view, what sets great planning apart is proactive communication, attention to detail, and a coordinated approach that builds confidence over time.
