She coordinates the processes, information, and follow-through that enable advisors to stay focused on their clients, and she helps ensure every relationship receives consistent support.
At Balefire, Julie manages the client review meeting process, supports onboarding and client portals, prepares reports and meeting materials, and maintains client information. She assists advisors with ongoing client needs, contributes to special projects, and keeps track of key relationship details. Her work spans client onboarding through the ongoing coordination that keeps a review meeting running smoothly.

Julie lives in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her sons’ schools, and relaxing on the water. She also loves reading, traveling, and tackling a good puzzle.
