Ryan Dufault is an Advisory Associate on Balefire’s Insurance team, working with clients to better understand their existing insurance coverage and how it fits within their overall financial plan. His primary focus is reviewing policies, helping clients understand their coverage, and identifying risks or planning needs alongside Balefire’s advisors.

Before entering financial services, Ryan competed in college basketball at the highest level, an experience that shaped many of the qualities he brings to his work today, including discipline, preparation, communication, leadership, and a strong work ethic. Being a collegiate athlete also taught him how to contribute within a team where individuals bring different responsibilities and strengths to a shared goal.
