What is the background on how the client was introduced to our firm?

Journey construction has been a client for 4 years. I had a relationship with the CFO at the time and approached them about their Cash management. This spot bonus was from an additional $4,000,000 investment made to the account.

Who all was involved in the case from start to finish (Balefire team members and outside advisors if applicable)? What were their roles?

I was the only advisor involved. At the time we opened the account Erin was instrumental in helping to get the account opened and funded.

What problems did we help the client solve?

They were receiving a very low rate of interest with the cash they had at the bank. We were able to offer them a solution that significantly increased the return they were receiving on their cash account. David at CastleView helped to build their bond portfolio and they have been extremely happy with what we have done for them.

Were there any challenges along the way? How did you overcome them?

Only challenge was to look at what the bank was offering them and show them how we could create a portfolio that significantly improved their rate of return.
