Earlier today, you should have received a calendar invite for an introductory training demo with Daniel Yoo from FinMate, taking place this Friday, May 16th at 12:00 PM EST. This session will focus on walking through the platform and showing you how to begin using it right away.

What Is FinMate — and Why Is It a Game Changer?
FinMate is an all-in-one meeting enablement platform that will allow Balefire teams to:
✅ Generate tailored agendas, summaries, and action items in seconds using AI-powered prompts
✅ Auto-populate client data and integrate content from PreciseFP, eMoney, and other tools (in future phases)
✅ Standardize meeting types with firm-branded templates and best-practice workflows
✅ Capture meeting notes in real time or post-meeting and structure them into usable outputs instantly
✅ Trigger workflows, tasks, and follow-ups tied to Practifi (once integration is complete)
✅ Save time and reduce prep across advisory, insurance, M&A, and operational teams
✅ Maintain compliance-ready documentation with consistent formatting and automated delivery
FinMate is designed to give us a more scalable, consistent, and intelligent way to prepare for and execute client meetings — allowing you to focus more on strategy and relationships, and less on paperwork and prep.
Where We Are in the Rollout
Because so many of you asked for this tool — and we heard you loud and clear — we’re rolling it out ahead of full implementation. That means:
- Templates are not yet built — we’re scheduling time with each team to co-create custom templates specific to your roles and clients
- Integrations are not yet active — we are working on long-term integrations with Practifi, PreciseFP, and eMoney to automate data flow, workflows, and task creation
- Roadmap still in development — we do not yet have a final project timeline, but we anticipate full buildout will take 6–8 months
- Expect an evolving experience — what you see on day one is only the beginning. Capabilities will continue to expand as we refine templates and connect FinMate to our tech stack
