As an Advisor Associate on the M&A team, Ashton Hoffman supports advisor growth by coordinating meetings and managing passive recruiting campaigns. With a focus on both people and performance, he also collaborates with the back office to identify innovative ways to leverage technology—especially AI—to enhance efficiency and drive results across the firm. Since joining the industry just over a year ago, Ashton has developed a specialty in recruitment and digital strategy, contributing to the firm’s momentum and forward-thinking culture.
Originally from Minnesota, Ashton recently relocated to Dallas, Texas. In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball, dancing, attending concerts and rodeos, and going cliff diving.
