How to Update Your Voicemail in Zoom Phone (Zoom VoIP)
- Open Zoom and go to the Zoom Web Portal: Visit zoom.us and sign in with your Zoom account.
- Navigate to the Phone tab: In the left-hand menu, click Phone.
- Go to Settings: Select the Settings tab within the Phone section.
- Scroll to “Voicemail & Greeting”: Find the Greeting & Leave Voicemail Instructions section.
- Edit Your Voicemail Greeting: Click Edit to record or upload a new voicemail greeting.
You can choose to record a greeting directly, upload an audio file, or use text-to-speech depending on your preferences.
